Ingredients

1kg potatoes
1 onion
150 g bacon
300 ml cream
80g Parmesan
1 egg
Salt
pepper

Wash the potatoes and cook until half cooked. Then peel the cooked potatoes and cut them into slices.

Mix the cream with the egg and cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the bacon and onion into small pieces. Set aside about two spoonfuls of bacon; This is sprinkled on the potatoes shortly before the end.
