Carbonara potatoes, ready in 20 minutes!

Wash the potatoes and cook until half cooked. Then peel the cooked potatoes and cut them into slices.

Mix the cream with the egg and cheese and season with salt and pepper. Cut the bacon and onion into small pieces. Set aside about two spoonfuls of bacon; This is sprinkled on the potatoes shortly before the end.

Melt the butter in the pan and sauté the finely chopped onion in it. Add the bacon cubes and fry.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking pan with butter and place the potato slices in it. Pour the cream sauce over the potatoes, spread the onion-bacon mixture on top and bake at 210 °C for 15 minutes.

Then finish baking at a slightly lower temperature. Shortly before the end, sprinkle with the remaining bacon cubes, some cheese and parsley and you’re done!
