Tear cake for tomorrow. It just came out of the oven, so there are no tears yet.

Ingredients

For the dough:
200g flour
100g sugar
70g butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon Baking powder
For covering:
500 g quark
150g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
1 egg
2 egg yolks
250 ml cream
250 ml milk
150 ml oil
For the casting:
2 egg whites
6 tbsp powdered sugar
