Ingredients
3 eggs
200 grams of flour
80g powdered sugar
5g baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
a pinch of salt
70 g butter (melted)
500g Greek yogurt
30 g corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla
a pinch of salt
130 grams of sugar
3 apples (with skin)
40g sugar
5g corn starch
1/2 lemon juice
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Let stand in a baking dish for 30 minutes.
Powdered sugar.
