Fantastic unbaked blueberry cake with chocolate icing
We need:
Ingredients
250 g chocolate biscuits ground into flour
2 tablespoons butter
50ml water
Cream: 250 g ricotta + 500 g soft cottage cheese + 250 g soft cottage cheese + sweetener to taste
Blueberry layer: 200g frozen blueberries + 3 tbsp cane sugar + 2-3 tbsp pudding powder to thicken + a little water
Chocolate layer: 200 g milk chocolate + 50 ml milk
150 g frozen blueberries on the cake
