A perfect unbaked caramel dessert that is really easy to prepare
We need:
Ingredients
400 g caramel biscuits ground into flour + 2 tablespoons butter + a little water
750g soft cottage cheese + 250g ricotta + sugar to taste + thickener (I used 1/2 sachet of cold thickener to which I added 50ml of warm water and mixed into the cream)
