NECESSARY INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED FOR POTATOES:

1 kg of new potatoes
Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for sprinkling (optional)

HOW DO THEY PREPARE?

Before starting the preparation, wash the new potatoes and clean them of any soil.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl, add olive oil, mustard and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well so that all the ingredients are nicely distributed over the potatoes.
Heat a little olive oil in a large pan. When the oil is hot enough, add the potatoes to the pan.
Cover the pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown on all sides.
While the potatoes are frying, peel and finely chop the garlic.
When the potatoes are almost ready, add finely chopped garlic to the pan and briefly fry everything together for a few more minutes.
When the potatoes are crispy and the garlic is lightly browned, remove the pan from the heat.
Serve the potatoes warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley for extra flavor.
