I love making many of these special loaves to give away for the holidays. They also freeze well, so it is easy to pull out for unexpected guests.
Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix (regular size)
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
