Ingredients
GUINNESS CHOCOLATE CAKE:
- 1 cup Guinness stout
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 oz bittersweet (60% cacao) chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
