Grandma’s quark muffins with vanilla pudding, I will only bake these muffins from now on

Preparation:

1. Whisk butter and sugar well. Add the remaining ingredients and stir everything until smooth and creamy.

2. Now pour the finished mixture into the greased muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for approx. 40 minutes.

Tip:
You can also add various fruits such as cherries or chocolate shavings etc. if desired.

3. If you have a muffin tin, you will need to grease it before baking and place it in the fridge until ready to use. This way the muffins won’t stick to the tin later.
