Light and fruity, this Strawberry Icebox Cake is such a treat! And it doesn’t get any easier than this 3-ingredient, one-pan, no bake dessert!
Equipment
9×13″ glass baking dish
Ingredients
1 tub whipped topping Large tub, 16 oz
12 Graham Crackers
2 cups strawberries sliced
Instructions
Spread a layer of whipped topping in the bottom of your baking dish, about 1/2″ thick.
Add a layer of graham crackers, covering the whipped topping as much as possible. You may need to break the graham crackers into smaller pieces to fit.
Add another layer of whipped cream.
Lay a layer of sliced strawberries.
