Stollen confectionery – small cake cookies in the style of a Christmas stollen
Ingredients
For the dough:
100g raisins
100 g dried apricot(s), diced small
50 g lemon peel
100 g almond(s), chopped
100g marzipan
150g sugar
1 bag of baking powder
2 bags of vanilla sugar
2 tbsp rum, or 2 x rum flavoring
300 g butter or margarine
2 m.-sized eggs
600g flour
For decoration:
2 bags of vanilla sugar
3 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp cinnamon powder
