Stollen confectionery – small cake cookies in the style of a Christmas stollen

preparation

Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

Knead all the ingredients for the dough with your hands to form a smooth dough. Form long rolls out of the dough, wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for 2 hours.

Divide the rolls into 2-3 cm pieces. Place these on the baking tray at a distance and bake in the oven preheated to 180 C° for approx. 8-10 minutes.

When they are slightly brown, they are ready. Place on a wire rack to cool and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture while they are hot.
