VANILLA CAKE

Step 1 – Preheat oven to 175°C, Grease a 9 inch cake tin with cooking spray and line with

parchment paper. In a big bowl, whisk dry elements collectively to mix (flour, baking powder and salt)

and put aside. In a separate giant bowl, combine butter/veg oil and sugar collectively, combine in egg one by one till the combination turns into very gentle and fluffy, then combine collectively vanilla extract and milk in a small bowl and alternate including in flour combination with milk combination to your butter combination and mix effectively. Switch to the baking pan and bake for 50minutes to an hour till the toothpick inserted within the center comes out clear. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes
