Turkish Vegetable Pastry Recipe

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Chop the Vegetables:
Chop the leek, cabbage, red pepper, carrots, and potatoes. Place them on a large tray.

Add Herbs:
Add a pinch of dill and parsley to the chopped vegetables. Mix well.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a separate bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add 4 tablespoons of flour and half a pack of baking soda to the egg mixture, stirring until no lumps remain.

Combine with Vegetables:
Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix well.
Spread and Bake:
Spread the vegetable mixture on a large baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Add Cheese and Garnish:
After 30 minutes, sprinkle 50 grams of grated Cheddar cheese and garnish with sesame and black cumin.
Final Bake:
Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.

Serve:
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
