The fastest healthy cake without sugar and flour

Mix all ingredients together well.

Pour the dough into a greased baking pan with a diameter of 24 cm sprinkled with oat flakes.

Sprinkle the cake with roughly chopped nuts and bake at 170°C for 50 minutes.

* TIP: Instead of 200 g butter you can use 100 g coconut oil. This definitely doesn’t make the cake taste any worse.
