Sweetened Condensed Milk Snowball Cookies

Mix in the Dry Ingredients: Sift the flour and baking powder together to avoid any lumps. Then, gently fold them into the wet mixture. Stir until a soft dough forms. It should be pliable but not sticky.
Prepare to Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s warming up, line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Shape Your Cookies: Scoop small portions of the dough, roll them into balls about the size of a walnut, and place them on your prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave a little space between each one so they have room to expand.
