SpamTofu Stew

Full Recipe:
Ingredients:
300g tofu, cut into squares: Soft and delicate, it absorbs the stew’s flavors beautifully.
300g Spam, cut into pieces: Adds a savory, salty richness to the stew.
Half an onion, sliced: Provides sweetness and depth to the dish.
A handful of green onions, chopped: Adds freshness and a mild onion flavor.
1 slice of cheddar cheese: Melts into the stew, adding creaminess and a touch of tang.

Chili pepper (optional), sliced: For a bit of heat if you like your stew spicy.
300ml water: The base of the stew, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Seasoning:
8g (1 tbsp) soy sauce: Adds a savory umami flavor.

12g (0.5 tbsp) Gochujang (red pepper paste): For a hint of sweetness and heat.
12g (0.5 tbsp) Doenjang (soybean paste): Provides a deep, earthy flavor.
5g (1 tbsp) red pepper powder: Enhances the spice level and adds color.
9g (0.5 tbsp) minced garlic: Infuses the stew with robust garlic flavor.
3 tbsp water: Helps dissolve and mix the seasonings evenly.
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Cut the tofu into squares and the Spam into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion and chop the green onions. If using, slice the chili pepper.
Make the Seasoning Paste:
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Gochujang, Doenjang, red pepper powder, and minced garlic. Add 3 tablespoons of water and stir until the seasoning forms a smooth paste.
