Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip

In a medium sized bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the peanut butter and vanilla and mix again.
Add the confectioner’s sugar and beat until it is a smooth consistency with no lumps. It will seem a bit stiff at this point but that is ok.
Use a large plastic spatula or spoon to gently fold in the Cool Whip until well incorporated. Mix in half of the chopped up peanut butter cups.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the remaining peanut butter cups. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
This can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
There are numerous things to serve with this. You can use graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, twisted pretzels, apple slices, and strawberries just to name a few!
Because it contains dairy products, do not leave it out for more than 2 hours at room temperature.
