Raspberry Crumble Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the egg until well blended.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6. Fold in the raspberries.
7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
