Quick and Easy Pizza Rolls

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the entire tortilla.
Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Add the cooked bacon pieces evenly across the tortilla. If using, add the chopped onion and green pepper.

If you like a spicy flavor, drizzle some hot sauce over the toppings.
Carefully roll up the tortilla tightly, making sure the fillings stay inside.
Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Then, slice the roll into 1-inch pieces using a sharp knife.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
