Peanut Butter Brownie Swirl Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cream together the brown sugar and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Beat in the softened butter until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, beating until just combined.
5. Stir in the peanut butter.
6. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly soft.
8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
