Old Time Oven Peach Cobbler

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Cobbler Crust: In an 8 x 8-inch baking dish, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir the mixture until it is thoroughly combined. Once mixed, stir in the melted butter until everything is well incorporated.
Prepare the Peaches: In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the sugar and drained peaches until the peaches are evenly coated with sugar.
Assemble the Cobbler: Spoon the sugared peaches over the cobbler crust in the baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
Bake the Cobbler: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes to one hour, or until the cobbler crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Serve: Allow the peach cobbler to cool slightly before serving. For an extra indulgent treat, top each serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
