Mississippi Pot Roast
Ingredients:
1 (3-4 pound) CHUCK Roast
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
1 packet (1 ounce) au jus gravy mix
1/4 cup butter
4-5 pepperoncini peppers (optional)
1/4 cup pepperoncini pepper juice
THIS RECIPE DOES NOT NEED ANY LIQUID LIKE WATER OR BROTH. It will make its own gravy just trust the process!
Instructions:
Prepare the Chuck Roast: Pat the chuck roast dry with paper towels. Season all sides of the roast with salt and black pepper to taste.
