Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Zest, 1 tablespoon from 2 Meyer Lemons
Juice, 3 tablespoons from 2 Meyer Lemons
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup buttermilk
2/3 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 to 2 cups chopped, fresh strawberries
