For the Crust:

1/4 c sugar
1/2 c melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 t vanilla extract
1 c marshmallow fluff
1 c heavy whipping cream

For the Topping:
1 c mini marshmallows
1/2 c melted chocolate chips (optional)
