Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned.
Steam the riced cauliflower until tender, then drain excess moisture.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add cooked beef, bacon, and cauliflower. Mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese.
