Honey Lemon Fruit Salad
Ingredients
2 cups grapes
3 nectarines, skins left on, cut in chunks
1 (15 ounce) can Mandarin oranges
1 pint blueberries
2 bananas, sliced
1 small pineapple, cut in chunks (can use canned, drain first)
2 (6 ounce) containers Yoplait lemon yogurt (can use Greek or regular)
¼ cup raw honey
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
½ Tablespoon fresh mint (optional)
