Homemade Flour Tortillas

 

In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add the water and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 3-5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, roll each into a ball.
Flatten each ball with a rolling pin into a 7-inch circle.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side or until they are lightly browned and bubbles appear.
Remove from the skillet and keep warm under a cloth until all tortillas are cooked.
