Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs: A Bite-Sized Delight!

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate the biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
3. Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit circle.
4. Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the cheese.
5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
6. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with melted butter.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
