Foil Packet Grilled Sausage & Peppers

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the sausages, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and place each portion in the center of a large square of aluminum foil.
4. Fold up the sides of the foil to form a packet, sealing the edges tightly.
5. Place the packets on the preheated grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
6. Remove the packets from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before opening.
7. Serve the sausages and peppers hot with your favorite sides.
