Preheat the oven to 180°C and butter a mold with a diameter of approximately 18-27 cm.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until you obtain a frothy mixture.
Add the oil and milk to the egg and sugar mixture, mixing well.
Sift the flour and baking powder over the liquid mixture and mix gently until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Divide the mixture in half into two separate bowls.
In one of the bowls, add the bitter cocoa and the two tablespoons of milk. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Add coffee flavoring or instant coffee to the other half of the mixture and mix until smooth.
Alternately pour the two masses into the prepared pan, creating a marbled effect.
Add the chocolate chips to the top of the cake.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Once cooked, let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack and let it cool completely before serving.
