Creamy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Vegetables:

Thinly slice the English cucumbers and red onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Dressing:

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, and dried dill weed until smooth and well combined.
