– 1/4 cup milk
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 large egg
– 1 1/2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
Topping:
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
