Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
For the Cinnamon Swirl:

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the cake batter to create a marbled effect.
To Bake:

Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until smooth and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
To Assemble:

Once the cake has cooled completely, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top of the cake.
Slice the cake into squares and serve.
