Cheesy Taco Breadsticks Recipe

Cook the Beef Mixture:
In a skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until soft and translucent.
Add the ground beef and taco seasoning. Cook until the beef is fully browned and no longer pink. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Cut the dough into 5 even strips.
Assemble the Breadsticks:
Spoon the cooked beef mixture down the center of each dough strip. Sprinkle with the Mexican cheese blend.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching along the seams to seal. Ensure the ends are closed.
Bake the Breadsticks:
Brush the tops of the breadsticks with olive oil and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and top with additional cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Serve:
Serve warm with salsa and guacamole for dipping. Enjoy your cheesy, taco-filled breadsticks!
