BUTTER CAKE
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
180 g unsalted butter
1 cup of milk
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat the egg whites till light & fluffy.
In the mixer, add the eggs, sugar and butter. Beat until it’s creamy.
