1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup blueberry jam
Purple food coloring (optional)
1/4 cup granulated sugar for sprinkling
