Simply mix all the ingredients together and pour them into a greased cake pan. Bake at 170°C top/bottom heat for about 1 hour.
After baking, let the cake cool in the oven so that it doesn’t collapse.
If you want to enjoy this cake with fruit, you can add tangerine pieces, cherries or other fruits of your choice to the dough.
