Banana Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

 

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mash the banana, then add in the rest of the ingredients
Fill a mini muffin pan with the batter and place a few extra chocolate chips on each one.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked through. Allow them to cool and enjoy!

Notes
Store these in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Store them in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
To heat them up, microwave them by 10 second increments until they are your desired temperature.
Feel free to use any flavor of baking chips that you like for a different flavor!
