Ingredients:
2-3 zucchinis
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Paprika, to taste

1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, grated or finely chopped
150g cherry tomatoes, halved
5 eggs
150ml heavy cream

80g flour
150g mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions:
Prepare the Zucchini:
Slice the zucchinis into rounds and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Set aside for a few minutes to let the flavors meld.

Sauté the Vegetables:
In a large pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
