Butter biscuits for swimming

Three big russet potatoes, to provide six servings:

3, tablespoons of olive oil

Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon

minced garlic, 2 tablespoons

1 tablespoon of parsley flakes

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, plus more to garnish if desired

 

PREPARATION:
An amount of salt and pepper according to personal preference

Instructions:

Before you begin, make sure your oven is preheated at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

To make classic French fries, start by slicing russet potatoes into long, thin strips.
