- 4 egg yolks, room temperature
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, room temperature
Vanilla Bean Glaze
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
- 1/4 cup warm water
