For the Potato Mix:

3 large potatoes: Boiled, peeled, and mashed for a soft and creamy base.
3 eggs: Adds richness and helps bind the ingredients together.
Salt, to taste: Enhances the overall flavor of the dish.
Black pepper, to taste: Adds a hint of spice and depth.
70 g wheat flour: Helps to bind the mixture and gives structure.
Breadcrumbs: Coats the potatoes for a crispy, golden crust.
1 onion, finely chopped: Adds sweetness and a slight crunch.
Olive oil: Used for sautéing the vegetables.
1 red pepper, chopped: Adds color and a mild sweetness.
1 yellow pepper, chopped: Balances the flavors with a slight tang.

1 tomato, chopped: Adds juiciness and a fresh flavor.
1 small carrot, grated: Brings a slight sweetness and additional texture.
Fresh dill, chopped: Provides a fresh, herby flavor.
100 g mozzarella, grated: Melts beautifully to give a creamy, cheesy finish.
For the Sauce:

200 g unsweetened yogurt: A creamy base that’s light and refreshing.

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
Boil the Potatoes: Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and mash them until smooth.
Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, eggs, salt, black pepper, wheat flour, and chopped dill. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
Heat the Olive Oil: In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
Cook the Vegetables: Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Then add the chopped red and yellow peppers, tomato, and grated carrot. Cook until the vegetables are softened and aromatic.
Step 3: Assemble the Potato Patties
Form the Patties: Take a portion of the potato mixture and flatten it into a small patty. Place a spoonful of the sautéed vegetables in the center, along with some grated mozzarella. Fold the edges over to enclose the filling and form a ball or a patty.
