Tortilla Breakfast Wrap with Eggs, Tomato, and Spinach

Ingredients:

3 eggs
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper

Green onions, chopped
1 tortilla (15 cm)
1 tomato, sliced
Fresh spinach leaves
Olive oil or butter, for cooking
Directions:

Prepare the Egg Mixture:
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
Add the chopped green onions to the eggs and stir well to combine.

Cook the Eggs:
Heat a little olive oil or butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and let it cook for a few seconds until it starts to set around the edges.
